Dyvonne's Alternative Living Solutions was founded on the belief that housing is more than just a roof over someone's head—it's the foundation for healing, growth, stability, and hope. We understand that life doesn't always go as planned. A job loss, medical issue, financial hardship, incarceration, recovery journey, disability, family crisis, or unexpected life transition can make finding housing feel overwhelming and out of reach.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and supportive housing opportunities for individuals and families who need a fresh start and a place to rebuild. We strive to create welcoming environments where people are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, while being encouraged to work toward their personal goals and long-term stability.
We proudly partner with community organizations, social service agencies, healthcare providers, faith communities, and referral partners to connect residents with resources that support success both inside and outside the home. Whether someone needs housing after incarceration, support during recovery, assistance navigating community resources, or simply a stable place to get back on their feet, we are committed to walking alongside them on their journey.

We're inviting private landlords across Wake County and surrounding areas to enter into a commercial master-lease with DALS, LLC. We become the tenant of record, your rent arrives on time every month, and your property is professionally maintained — while serving as the foundation someone needs to rebuild after incarceration, recovery, or hardship.
