Insured & registered

DALS, LLC is a registered North Carolina limited liability company and carries general liability insurance for our housing operations.

What we collect

Information you submit through our intake, get-involved, landlord, and document upload forms — including name, contact details, household information, and supporting documents when you choose to send them.

How we use it

Only to review applications, coordinate housing and services, communicate with you, and connect partners and landlords with our work. We do not sell your information.

Storage & access

Submissions and uploaded documents are stored in a private backend. Database rules and storage policies restrict access to authorized DALS staff processes — files in the applicant documents area are not readable or listable by the public.

Encryption in transit

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and document uploads travel to our backend over encrypted connections.

Retention & deletion

We keep applicant and partner information only as long as needed to serve you and meet recordkeeping needs. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it. We will respond as quickly as we are able.
